Who we are

The Team of vis à vis is a union of freelancing trainers and consultants as well as a number of trainees. vis à vis was founded in 2008. All team members are graduated social workers or remedial teachers who share many years of co-operative working experience in the field of adult education.

Each of us brings multiple professional experiences from working in a wide range of institutions and organizations.

We find working in our team very inspirational and enjoy it as a source of reflection, further development and innovation.

Vis à vis encourages the recruitment of new team members who want to combine independent working with collegial exchange and co-operation.

 

What we do

vis à vis offers trainings, further education and counselling for individuals, teams or groups. With all their offers vis à vis intends to

• facilitate the further development of skills and competencies;
